Vibrate plate training is high-intensity interval workouts done on individual Vibrogym power plate machines. Our certified, motivational instructors will guide you through a high energy workout. Results in half the time all you need is 30-minutes. vibration plate training will strengthen, challenge, and build toned lean, resilient bodies.

Vibrogym Power Plate

The Science

Exercising on a Vibrogym power plate causes your muscles to contract at very high speeds. These involuntary muscle contractions are known as a ‘stretch reflex’ and engage more muscle fibres than regular resistance training – almost 100% compared to 50-60% in conventional exercise! So it’s important that you’re doing it right.

Your entire body is stimulated so muscles that are infrequently used and difficult to target are activated and strengthened. The power plate can be set at frequencies from 30hz-50hz. The intensity is built up over time and your session involves static and dynamic exercises covering all of your muscle groups. We always tailor the session to you and take into account any injuries or issues you may have and your current level of fitness.
