Nutritional Therapist and Medical Herbalist
I work with patients to identify and eliminate potentially stressful substances in the body therefore helping to alleviate or prevent illness. This is achieved by using diet and supplements to encourage the body’s natural healing potential. I work with patients to empower them to take responsibility for their own health by making beneficial diet and lifestyle choices appropriate to their needs.
Nutritional therapy and herbal medicine can help people of all ages with a wide range of medical conditions. For example:
- Lose weight, increase energy and fitness levels
- Improve skin conditions
- Lower cholesterol and blood pressure
- Stabilise mood, increase memory and mental performance
- Improve digestion
- Balance hormones and alleviate symptoms of PMS
