Use of the facilities
- The Vibration plates must be used safely at all times.
- Any information which may prevent you from using the Vibration plates must be disclosed prior to undertaking any sessions and you agree to update this information if anything changes in the future.
- You agree to behave safely and with respect to any other users at all times.
- You agree to never act abusively towards any member of High Vibe Ltd or any other users of the facilities.
- All sessions must be pre-booked.
- Cancellations must be given 24hrs in advance or the session will still be debited from your course or block.
- All personal belongings must be placed in the lockers provided and not in the exercise area.
- High Vibe Ltd takes no responsibilty for any loss or damage to personal property that is not secured as stated above
Membership
- To become a member of High Vibe Ltd. you must have completed a course of either 4 or 6 weeks duration or a minimum of 10 sessions.
- Membership is undertaken on a 1 month rolling contract from the date of the signed membership form.
- There is no joining fee to become a member of High Vibe Ltd.
- Membership will automatically be renewed on the same day it was started unless 1 weeks notice is given.
- Membership cannot be shared or transferred to any third party.
- High Vibe Ltd reserves the right to cancel any membership if any of the above conditions are not met. We will do this in writing giving the full details of why membership has been cancelled. If this occurs then no further payments will be taken.
Privacy policy
- High Vibe Ltd will never share or disclose your personal information with any third party unless instructed to by a legal professional or any other legal entity.
- All information is stored in accordance with the data protection act.
Refunds/Cancellations Etc
- High Vibe Ltd will only refund payments for pre-booked sessions if 24 hours notice is given.
- High Vibe Ltd only stocks consumable health products and as such does not offer refunds on these products unless they are found to be faulty or damaged in any way.
- All courses and block booked sessions are valid for 3 months from the date of booking, once this period has elapsed all remaining sessions will be void.
High Vibe Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these conditions without notice.
